02Explore leadership
“Describe a situation in which your team missed a goal. What did you personally do and learn?”
03Understand conflict
“When did you have to challenge a high-performing employee? How did you approach this?”
04Look for development
“Whom have you deliberately helped develop? What evidence showed their progress?”
05Explore collaboration
“Which decisions do you take alone and which with your team? Give a concrete example.”
06Check mutual fit
“What conditions do you need to be effective? What else would you like to know about us?”
07Record the decision
Separate observed examples, your interpretation and unanswered questions. Agree on a next step to clarify what remains open.
